I collaborated with curators Rachel Heminway Hurst and Tshepo Skwambane on a series of blog posts exploring Brighton Museum’s collections from Botswana and their connections to the history and contemporary craft of the country.

These replaced a planned display as part of the Making African Connections project, which was cancelled due to Brighton Museum’s closure during the 2020 lockdowns.

Since the blogs were published, the museum has redesigned their site. You can find the first post in the series on the new site and scroll down to related posts or read the blogs on an archived version the Brighton Museums site.
